How To Build Horizontal Fence

quality criteria of a physical training program on golf

has traditionally been analyzed the quality of a physical training program in golf with a view of the trainer or the company responsible for providing personal training services in golf. In this case, held that quality analysis with the customer focus that may allow you to discriminate and choose qualities, beyond marketing and offers.

ten criteria ranked from highest to lowest importance, when choosing between different training programs in golf:

* 1) medical monitoring program
is a requirement that is often overlooked. Contract must be recorded, and not limited to a prior determination or routine examinations.

* 2) Formal training and officer of our personal trainer
need to know. We are entitled to know if our coaching staff has a degree in science sport, or Land of golf coach, or does not have any formal qualifications.

* 3) Formalize contract clauses
confidence is based not only on the word, to be mutual to be based on transparent contracts that are known what is being paid by how many hours at what time, what facilities and what for. The flexibility shown from preconditions, the reverse option degenerates into loss of confidence.

* 4) active presence
personal trainer wins program as if our coach is present at meetings, and lose quality if we receive are shown via email. Punctuality, kindness, good looks, right corrections, flexibility and change depending on the contingencies are matters which fall at this point.

* 5) Adequacy of the product demanded by the golfer
- Do you want to improve your swing? Surely his training program geared to improvements in flexibility
- Want to improve your drive? Improvements should be focused on the force.
- Or do you prefer a conservative program to help you avoid discomfort and injury? Surely your training program will focus on proprioceptive improvement.
You are entitled to a "program to the letter." Who has the expertise to carry it out is his coach, but the customer demands a product, and is entitled to know if you are going to offer that product or not.

* 6) Definition and communication of goals golfer
From the knowledge of the player's previous competitions, which should be evaluated by functional tests (test) and / or questionnaires, should be formulated to achieve realistic goals in different periods that could be included in the contract.

* 7) Periodization realistic and appropriate
you want to improve the reach of your drive, there are scientific studies that certify this improvement programs 8 weeks. How long have you retained the services of a personal trainer? What improvements can be expected in different periods of time? The quality is better if you communicate in writing.

* 8) Feedback: Feedback ongoing and planned
How long you do not know the values of strength or flexibility? How much know how long its improvements? How often receives information on the implementation of objectives? If more than one week with no response to any of these three questions, the program lacks quality. If you pass a training session without receiving information related to any of the questions above, your personal trainer does not have an active presence.
In any case, it is appropriate to know how often you will receive a written report on their physical performance related to golf. Receive lower quality only verbally.

* 9) Space and equipment used for the training program
Is there adequate space and equipment to the targets set in the program? If the answer is yes, the training program has more quality than if the coach chooses the option to reverse (targets are suited to the space and equipment available.) We have more technological resources than ever, from machines that set the tempo (pace) meters swing up to millisecond to millisecond of the applied force, but ... Do you use to hypnotize or to wake up? Awakening is quality, marketing hypnotize is empty.

* 10) Autonomy golfer
Having developed the training program, why continue with her personal trainer? Active presence Why? Why do you feel lost without him? If the answer to the second question is yes, do not rely much on his personal trainer, the program lacks quality.

Adult Diapers Instead Of Sanitary Towels

Flame Caminante no hay camino ... Splashes of Sadness

"Caminante no hay camino, new paths to walk ..." already the poet said ... and said that great truth, right?

True or false, I would like to discuss ways ... Are there good roads?, Is there evil ways?, "Better way?," Roads worse? Or as the poet said ... no roads ...

The truth is that we ask what is the best way to go from place A to another B, would be tempted to say, perhaps, the straight line, the path short ... and do the shortest way is best? ...

Now if you had to choose between the path more fun, the shortest path, the wiser course, the most painful way or the long way ... What would you choose?

Traveler there is no path, the path is made by walking ... and no better, no worse way, but ways, and each will give us what we are need at that moment, that perhaps learning and just maybe we need to have but we do not realize, or yes, that in making the choice of where we decided to walk, we made the right choice, and always will be correct, because we take ourselves and our is, like the road we are traveling, feeling free, if we need to change course, either because they do not give us what we want, or because we made the choice and we give permission to choose to enjoy a new way, or why not get out of it and open to the surprises that we will be stepping on the grass that no one has walked before, but now has become our way because as we're walking ...

Traveler there is no path, the path is made by walking ... and when we started walking, we know where we started and until we can be clear about where we go But why not, during the tour we give us permission to take a break and relax and enjoying the journey and not destination , because the road is the only real thing at this time. Here and now, the grass where you stand is what you have under your feet , and, who knows, maybe if we're just thinking about the destination, we are missing something by the way, getting lost along the way equal is to lose the way we take the destination ... then, what is more important the road or the destination?

Traveler there is no path, the path is made by walking ... Important destination, but more important is knowing that we are free "reelect" that target and change it whenever we want, because we are free to choose , give us permission, surprising, jumping the road, back, forward, to choose our path and to choose our destiny ... create our way and create our destiny ...

The path we have created, here and now we feel we can choose to walk ... or not see it ... or not, hear it, ... or not, enjoy it ... or not ... we can choose to live ... or not ... We are alive and living free as we can choose, one way or another or several or all or none ...

... I'll take the path that my life, that makes me feel like I'm alive, alive as I am alive as I walk, walking there is no path, the path is made by walking ... think the way I makes me happy ...

And you which way you go ...?

Be happy traveler.

Why Do Kiwi Taste Metalic

ENTRENAMIENTO DE LA FLEXIBILIDAD EN EL GOLF

La producción científica orientada al desarrollo y estudio de la importancia de la flexibilidad en el golf se ha realizado en 2 líneas:
- A performance-oriented, giving priority to exploring the relationship between changes in flexibility and speed and hit (See References 3,4,5,6,8,9,10,11)
- Other-oriented injury prevention and conditioning
older populations (see references 1,7,12)

What conclusions and findings on flexibility are applicable in a training program?

First, the joints studied in studies
flexibility in golf are mostly the shoulder, hip and spine, and to a lesser extent, the wrists and the lumbar spine and pelvis.

Despite the consensus on the importance flexibility as a means of injury preventer, not clearly the techniques, methods and more appropriate periodization. Some studies suggest

training programs based on proprioception (curiously, shoulder and ankle, not his shoulder, as the program is registered and patented in the United States can be seen in Reference 8) or the NFP method (Facilicitación Neuromuscular proprioceptive, see Reference 3).

The flexibility has a direct bearing on the improvement of scrimmage, especially in the swing, improving range of the maximum angle in the scrimmage. Not known, the various methods of flexibility, which is the most
appropriate, while noting that proprioceptive training is undervalued and is already improving the number of rigorous studies dedicated. These studies point to the progressive decline in flexibility with increasing age and greater flexibility for women golfers to men, who, as a practical consequence at first glance, notes the importance of greater flexibility in working golfers over 40.

What can we make it clear? Like the approach proposed by Myers and collaborators (see Reference 6) is adequate to know the starting point for instructors and monitors. From there, learning the techniques used (or active methods passive, PNF), you can report positive or negative effects of flexibility on specific phases of hit or swing, or the ratio of the best values Varion flexibility with strength in specific muscle groups.

For example, if we look at the shoulder joint, we know that it is necessary to improve both flexibility and strength values
to improve in range and speed to reach the ball in the swing. Are there any techniques to improve flexibility in shoulder
can be counterproductive to the improvement in values of strength? Does proprioception of the shoulder works so as not to prejudice the dolls?
The answer to these questions make the quality of a fitness program or probation in golf.

Aside from the approaches of the official conference on Science and Golf, and publications of academic impact, perhaps the future of this discipline is at the neuromuscular perspective, especially the work done in golf by the Neuromuscular Research Laboratory University of Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania, USA).
